We were delight work with Scotland Re:designed and their 2017 award and runway show at SWG3 Glasgow in November 2017.
Scotland Re:Desinged are the national organisation for fashion, accessories and interior designers. Providing Showrooms, exhibitions and business support opportunities for many makers across Scotland.
For this collaboration we used four Tessa Lynch Sculptures ‘cafe concrete’ to break up the market space and eventually become the sculptural starting point for the final runway and award ceremony.
‘Cafe Concrete’ was first shown at Glasgow Sculpture Studios 2014 and were developed throughout her one year Graduate Fellowship. The exhibition continued Tessa’s formal investigations into the mimicry of urban objects, techniques and scenarios in order to provide a space for commentary on the emotional impact of the built environment.
